  • I am always open to meeting & making new furry friends. I do require a meet & greet with new clients prior to any visit to ensure that we get the sniff of approval from your fur baby. Click the Request Your Visit tab to submit your request dates for any playdates or sleepovers. I will follow up via email & text regarding my soonest availability for a meet & greet (free of charge). Please do keep in mind, I only allow 2 new furry friends per weekend.

  • As soon as you know your travel plans, we should be your next call. While I may have some spots available some weeks, I cannot guarantee that will always be the case. Holiday’s are our busiest time and can fill up as far as 4-6 weeks ahead of time.

For bookings that are confirmed further than 8 weeks out, a deposit is required to confirm their spot but will be applied to your fur babies visit.

  • Please submit your request through the Request Your Visit tab. I will follow up via text or email to confirm I have availability those days for your fur baby.

Please have the following info available when inquiring: Drop off date and time, pick up date and time. And any changes to your pups schedule or routine.

Just having dates does not secure a spot for your pup. Your fur babies’ visit is not confirmed until you’ve received a booking confirmation and invoice via email from me.

  • Payment is due prior to drop off.

Once we’ve had our meet & greet and decide to proceed with your fur babies visit, a booking confirmation will be sent over with an invoice for the grand total. You may pay online using a debit or credit card with a 4% merchant fee applied to the final total. If you prefer to pay using a third party app (Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.) just let me know which method works best and a request will be sent over.

If needed, Cash is always Queen.

  • As of July 1st, 2022-

I will no longer be accepting any males that are over the age of 1 year that are NOT fixed.

For the females, as long as she is not in her heat cycle, she is more than welcome to join us to play. If she does start her cycle while she is with us, you will be notified for an immediate pick up.

  • All dogs are loved & accepted

I do not have any breed restrictions, but I will not accept an aggressive dog. As long as they are not aggressive with myself or the other dogs while visiting, they are more than welcome to join us. I always have a dog here, whether it’s my fur babies or a client. While I do have the space to make sure that everyone has their own room, if needed, I will not accept a client that requires their own space for the safety of others. If they do become aggressive, for any reason, throughout their stay, we will reach out to notify you to make other accommodations for the remainder of their visit.

    Not refund eligible.

  • I recommend booking their sleepover as far in advance as possible, so we’re able to have a few daycare visits in between. The daycare visits help them recognize that this is a safe space for them to play & be comfortable in. And that it’s ok if their human leaves; they always come back.

  • I have a converted garage that is now my kennel space & office. The Puppy Palace as I call it :) It is fully insulated & climate controlled for us, so we are comfortable all year round. The pups are in a 12’x14’ section of the space while they’re sleeping, but do have full access to the entire area & backyard during the day. If they are a free roamer, we’ll get their bed set up in a spot of their choosing for them. If they sleep in or prefer a kennel, I have plenty of kennels that they can use for the duration of their visit. I do size accordingly for the kennels to ensure that everyone is comfortable.

  • -Your fur baby!

    -Their leash, collar, and/or harness

-Enough food for their visit. I do recommend providing an extra serving or two of food if they will be staying for more than 3 days. They do tend to be a little more hungry after a few days of playing.

-Their bed & a blanket (or something similar. Optional, but recommended for acclimation)

-Any treats that their tummy is already used to, supplements/dental sticks, probiotics, or medications that they’ll need throughout our visit.

  • Of course! I miss my fur babies when I’m away from them, so I like to think that other pawrents do too.

I will send you an update a few hours after they’re first here with us to let you know how they did while meeting the Pack, then next morning to let you know how they slept and enjoyed their meals. After that, you’ll receive cute pics of their furry angel baby faces. I send at least 1 photo of your fur baby to you everyday.

  • I do not accept any pups that have been having diarrhea or have been vomiting within 24-48 hours prior to their visit.

  • A full refund is available if cancelled by 12:00pm 7 days before the service begins. 12:00pm MST.

If cancelled later than 12:00pm 7 days before the service begins, a 50% refund is available for the first 7 cancelled calendar days from the original service date. A 100% refund is available for any additional days.
